We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the experience we had working with our Realtor, Sandra Holden, in the recent purchase of our home in Bullhead City.
My husband and I began looking at houses in Bullhead City in June of 2005. I stopped in at Lake Ridge Realty one day in July and met Sandy. She was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the local area and she made a concerted effort to learn of our needs and wants in a home. This was very important in that we had to travel 300 miles one way to inspect a potential home purchase. She made a very complete and thorough search in Bullhead City and Fort Mohave. Although we are mainly looking in Kingman, I have a realtor in Bullhead that has been very helpful.  I think the prices will come down and I wouldn’t buy right now, but if you are looking at buying or selling in Bullhead city I recommend her.  None of the realtors in Kingman seem to have the ability to do what she does, or perhaps they just cannot be bothered.  Everyday she sends me new/revised listings in Bullhead that includes all the important info (price, address, square foot etc).  She has continued to do this for more than a year.  If we were to find something of interest in Bullhead City, I wouldn’t use any other realtor.  Her name is Sandy Holden and her website is http://www.sandyholdenrealtor.com/ .  Let her know Shari V. sent you and I’m sure she will be glad to help you.
