About Me I moved to Bullhead City with my family in August of 2004 from Southern California so we could enjoy Lake Mohave and the unlimited outdoor activities this area offers. I earned my real estate license in October of 2004. I began working in real estate in January 2005, I earned my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 2006. I continue to enhance my knowledge with Real Estate continuation classes to better serve my clients.
I am a member of the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of Realtors and the Chamber of Commerce Business Philosophy: I really enjoy helping people. That sounds so clich, but my whole career has been customer service based the smile on someone else face when everything goes smoothly is my ultimate joy. As relating to real estate, my entire background prepared me for making the real estate buying and selling experience an enjoyable one for my clients. I think many of us find ourselves on a new path in life because of a past path we have traveled for me, it was an unhappy buying experience that led me to choosing Real Estate as my profession. I knew the kind of customer service that I had always provided was the kind I would have personally welcomed when my husband and I made our last real estate purchase. I wanted to bring my customer service capabilities to clients, so as to make a potential stressful situation, like buying real estate, a smooth and pleasant process. I love working with buyers. I love finding that perfect home or lot for them and then putting all the details together so that my clients can concentrate on the million other details in their lives. I don't want them to worry about escrows and addendums and lenders and inspections. The most difficult part of this job is having reality discussions with sellers. Sometimes the current market doesnt support a homeowners expectations of their propertys value. This is something we are all guilty of though, whether we are in this profession or not we all think our home is the best one in the world and it is worth a million dollars. But that is where my love of research comes in. Clients need as much information as they can get to help them make the best choices and decisions in buying and selling real estate, and I pride myself in being able to provide them with that crucial information. Business Background: My entire business background has been in customer service. At the age of 15, I was a waitress I learned very early on how to take care of people. I loved all my returning customers.. I thought I was switching gears when I went to work for UPS as a driver, but I quickly found that my customer service skills came into play each and every day as well as a tight organization schedule and a good old hard work ethic. My love of scuba diving eventually led me to work for a manufacturer and distributor of scuba gear and equipment. There I was able to use my knowledge of the sport, which gave me a great ability to work with both consumers regarding product information, and dealers with equipment selection and warranty issues. Although I absolutely loved my job, I was spending way to much time on those horrid California freeways, so I once again coupled one of my personal passions, gold prospecting, with my customer service background and worked for a recreational prospectors club, handling memberships, customer service and product sales. How fortunate I feel to bring such a wonderful background in research, customer service and product knowledge to my real estate career. Personal Pleasures: We are all avid outdoors people. My husband, children and I love boating and exploring the desert on ATVs. My other loves are SCUBA diving, underwater photography and gold prospecting. What a joy to capture the secret underwater world on film or discover gold! It makes you understand the thrill the prospectors felt so long ago. My biggest find to date is a 13 oz. quartz specimen with 1.5 oz. of gold winding its way through it.
My Goals: To provide you with customer service beyond your expectations. To earn your referral business through honesty and dedication to your real estate needs. To adhere to the Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of Realtors.
